there is the de-bee Dualists in SA2 that use a psi blade. It is an RCC. (restricted to that race)
Or
You could make Cyber-Knight based char that has japanese stylizations. It is all in the picking of the skills to the specialization path the char takes.

SA2 Dualists are IIRC actually an OOC as I'm fairly sure I read about them being able to train humans in their arts.

These are cool, add a Gizmoteer from the same section & you have a cool combo. They're called
"Amaki Duelists".

The "Amaki Duelists" is an RCC because it is a race restricted class.
While yes they can teach what they may to others about sword play. Those students
can not be "Amaki Duelists".
