Hearts [victims] the Caster can take??

Example: Could a Mage with access to the Spell...
* Take the power 40 Supernatural/Mage
* With an average
{Lets go low} 100 PPE each
* Gains 1d4x10 % of each
[Average 25%]* Plus Spells
/an extra bonus/ but still (40x100)= 4000 x 25% equals:
+1000 PPE for the Mage along with possible New spells!!

One victim per casting, but no limit as to how many times you can cast it (except for PPE of course).

One of the DB books for the Minion War. I forget the number right now, but it's the one with the demon side in it.
