It would be out of hand unless you also read up all all MA's the other players have and give all of them "Real" bonus's that their MA gives in real life it dosn't in game, sinse none of the MA's in the game were ment to 100% model the arts they are based on. Why should one MA get a special bonus just because the GM didn't read up on the other player's MA's.
