Rune hammer

anyone recall what book has the hammer for making rune items (or did i just dream it)

I have a faith memory of a book mentioning a rumor about a runic hammer that was used to make runes and it was rumor to know the secrets, but If I remember correctly (and it wasn't added in a book I don't have) it was never describe it was only talked about as a rumor. I don't have my books with me to check but I think it may have been the library or the old ones.

The two books that give the basic stats for rune weapons are the PF2MB and RWB2.
