If not it reads as whatever the Uteni tells them it says. Asking for it in their own language would imply the PC applying for the loan doesn't trust the Naruni and well, if that's the case they can take their buisness elsewhere!

They can just sign the dotted line and save everyone a lot of time and trouble.

LOL! Space-Hell! Love it. You might be on your own on that bud. If you make it on your own, put lots of non sense into it. Double speak and make it really long. Constantly change font sizes. Pull up a contract example off the series of tubes we call the inter webs and go from there. It should make the PC not want to read it entirely. And when the deal is done, if he doesn't ask for his copy of the contract, don't give it to him. Not the Nurauni's responsibility to take care of every little detail. Just my 2 space-cents

I'd say keep it simple. Is actually drawing up the contract going to make it more meaningful than "okay, you've got a contract with Naruni to pay this much every month for X amount of months." All you need to do is that, and keep track of time and HOW and most definitely WHEN this character is going to be making his payments in game.
This works too. But a little double speak and some fine print is good for flavor.
There should also be fees when the player is paying off the loan payments early and late and more then the listed payment and less then the listed payment.

Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
