Look at the bio-wizard modification and devices inAtlantis. Most devices have their own PPE supply and a range of spells. Also the Zembak implant can be programmed with spells and has its own PPE.

Pantheons of the Megaverse.
Also in the same book is a magic book that you can cast all spells from. It belongs to the god Brahma and he is pretty possessive of it but I'm sure you shouldn't have too much trouble getting it from him, just kill him and his Pantheon first.
