Does anyone know if there is a "haste" type spell in Palladium anywhere that a Mystic could learn?

I don't want combat bonuses or extra actions or anything, just the ability to magic up some fancy foot work and get some distance between myself and the people trying to kill me.

if escape is your goal the following spells are all good for that purpose...
fleet feet (doubles speed score, as well as apm)
fly as the eagle (flight grants a 3rd dimension to escape)
speed of the snail (slows down pursuers)
superhuman speed (SPD stat becomes 44)
swim as a fish (watery escapes)
Teleport (nothing faster than point to point travel)
time slip (grants a half melee head start)

Where is Fleet Feet?

Already have climb and walk on water and a natural speed of 45.

Fleet Feet (i.e the spell so good it was omitted from the 2nd Ed PF book, then re added to High Seas, then instantly banned) is as noted, in Adventures on the High Seas. It's busted like all insanity. Doubling your actions and speed is pretty good as it turns out.

Stregnth of Utgard Loki raises the targets' spd to 24.

I'll just house rule all it does is double your speed.

PP, spd and APM are doubled. -2 init, 98% of a attack from behind working on this char & -20 dextarity skills
L6, 20, 30sec/L, self/other by touch, (other by ritual 20'away) ST:none

BTW AS you should give a hint in a post like above which item you are talking about, when there have been SEVERAL talked about. I presumed you were asking about the FF spell.

My name sake character has the mutant ability super human speed. On top of that he has the fleet shoes from palladium fantasy that doubles his speed. He also knows the ludicrous spell 'magic giant ball'.

So, since he made it to level 15 a month ago, his natural speed is 520 mph. Double that with the shoes and he can go 1040 mph. And the magic ball spell lets him go four times as fast for a grand total speed of 4160 mph which is about mach 5 and a half.

Now, when you consider his favorite attack spell is the wall of sword spell which can travel at half your current speed....

Has this character ever should checked someone at top speed, and if so, has that person resulted in a red stain?

First of all congratulations on reaching level 15!
Not an easy task by any means.

Next... speedball's spell swords make you die good.

It is a nice trick. But can his mutant body handle the stress of moving at mach 5?
