Would let people use Rifts PCC's, they would have to acknowledge that they are PCC's, not RCC's nor OCC's. And thus not covered by the published changing class rules.
Any that they had, not any more. Unless I thought the idea for the item was "neet".

Any of the SDC setting PCCs are open.
Rifts PCCs are good too. Things will be SDC rules instead of md rules. Cyber-Knights's cyber-armor would be sdc, not mdc.

I favor the classic Psychic PCC: Well rounded, potent and the skill set is very good compared to the Mind Melter from rifts, anthough at the cost of raw ISP's/
The Mind Melter is another fine choice wth opposite strength/weakness-few skills but a huge ISP reserve!
I have wanted to play an Astral Lord for a while now, and I see it's flaws, but find it a compelling idea nonetheless.
The Mind Master is a bit too specialized for my taste, as is the 'Kinetic, but if they were what the party needed, I may try them.

So I gave him every engineering skill (Including weapon's engineer and armorer). Basically I had him construct his own SDC suit of power armor to fly around and kick butt in. Although I am a bit fond of kinetics. I think telekinesis is a cool ability but they didn't really make it nearly as powerful as it should be. So instead I got pyrokinesis (which also, can be fun) and then take TK as one of his physical powers (it's just a "regular" power in Nightbane unlike Rifts or something). Twice the kinetic action!
Fireballs are 25 ISP per, my psychic in game is having power issues...at level 4 he only has 70 ISP. You must be running a high level to have enough moxy for powersuits and fireballs...
