If you rolled 2 centaur like things which do you keep?

However, most of the time I have a concept already and match the features to the concept.

Honestly, I would look at the attributes of each, take the higher of each individual attribute and then develope a suitable hybridization for the visual aspects

Strange combos can be a boon in Nightbane, not a problem. In this case, you have a really cool character! Your top half would be the 'were-reptile' appearance as normal for a reptile centaur, and your bottom half could be basically a motorcycle, but with the alligator top half melding strangely into the metalwork; the seats and other leatherwork made out of alligator skin; metal and flesh 'legs' reaching down to the wheels; you could even keep the tail hanging down behind the back wheel like the most awesome mudflap ever. Like Steve Irwin had put in an order at Orange County Choppers and they proceeded to build the bike while on acid. In a crocodile farm. Cool.

... and now look again at the Gatorcycle, maybe a submachine gun blazing in either hand, roarin', rockin' and rollin' the Nightlord minions - it's a mix between Ghostrider and Gator/Croc. Ok, in short, I like it.

Why not BOTH!? It can be a motercycle with a crocadile look. This is nightbane, I don't see what's wrong with that.

Keep in mind, the morphus dosnt have to be literal. Motorcycle could just as easily be ATV.

True - I rolled this morphus trait once and made myself a dune buggy centaur.

Although... I'm not sure those pictures are really what sprang to MY mind!

Indeed, combining is the way to go. How far you take the combination is up to you.
A few others have offered suggestion, but the first thought that occurred to me was a gruesome reshaping of the parts of an alligator into a motorcycle-like form as if by a Fleshsculptor gone mad(der), and/or combined with machine parts by an equally mad Cybermage.

What do you do if you get the same thing twice? I was playing with the tables, got a Bizarre on the 'bane characteristics table, and ended up getting the same result twice (Metal Endoskeleton) on the Biomechanical table. Would I apply it twice?
