I have a few favorite spells when it comes to crowd control, but I was hoping that others could name some of their favorites. I'm looking for combat spells of any kind (specialists included) as well as psionics (if there are any). Anything in a book is fine, including Rifters.

Of particular interest are those that allow you to target enemies without endangering your allies!

I've always been a fan of the warlocks 8 foot wheel of fire. Mentally controlled death wheel runs people over and sets them on fire.
