Dead Reign Combat Mechanics Question:
-Does a PP bonus get added with thrown melee weapons (AKA the targeting skill)
-Does a PP bonus get added with the Archery skill?

Unless they signficienty change the combat system for dead reign, the answer to your question is you add PP bonuses to everything but modern weapons.

I also think they should be adding PP to modern weapons as well, but that's just my two cents.
