Really? there's a Military Specialist in Triax 2? I only thought htere was the Cyber-Pilot (or whatever its called)

The Geofront is found at the end of Rifts Worldbook 25. It's an OK book that I'd probably put on the same level as Naruni Wave 2, if not for the additional setting information and OCCs.

The special forces in mercenaries is good. It doesn't have the special abilities of the others, but it almost as many skills as a rogue scholar.

I felt the need to clarify because I responded to the "who has the best special forces" in the post and not the "which O.C.C. is the best" from the title.
They have a whole bunch of different O.C.C.s in their Special Forces category - all of which could be considered the best based on their own merits.
Their special force O.C.C.s are pretty much the generic O.C.C.s of: Borg, Crazy, Robot Pilot, Commando and Gunslinger. The difference is they are all minor M.D.C. Beings, get a bunch more attacks, and bonuses above that of the generic O.C.C. and are are more heavily trained with superior martial arts forms, mystical martial arts powers similar to those found in Japan and more skills. Their tech level is pretty up there too.
