Tell me What do you think of the Hydro-psionic powers?

What ones do you think should be access to all PPC?

I think they're super niche and generally not taken by most players.

What bothers me about them isn't their power level, that's between a player and his GM... the problem with them that I see is that damned little tag line at the top of the list that says the list of hydro-psionic powers are unique only to the Soaker P.C.C. which is just absurd in my eyes.

You have declined to state which Book you are asking about.
The only canon hydrokinisis power is a part of the standard Super Psi powers.
There is a water basted "burster type" char in one of the rifters.

If the powers you are asking about were made for a specific PCC then I would limit thing to that PCC. To let every PCC be able to have those powers would dilute what makes THAT class special.

If every PPC could take those powers would be like letting a Wizard have a Flesh Sculpture spells.

I think he's referring to the new Lemuria book, since they mention hydro psionics.
