NPC archive reference project.
I am a GM seeking the help of others to create an npc archive. Created npcs available to all. i have no clue how to do this a web page or what of if we can do it as its own forum spot. ideally these would have quick back story even if just a few points. Stats and equipment.

any and all just want to start it wouldnt mind one for rules created tw devices as well but even if like me you arent good with new tw creation rules post it for help.
