Have any rules been posted for porting a modern character to Palladium Fantasy? I'm looking for something similar to rules posted for a Palladium Character transported to Rifts, but in reverse.
Just a note, of course I can come up with my own rule, butI would like to see if there is something official first.

Rifts conversion book 1/RCB1r for rifting chars to rifts.
For moving from rifts & modern chars to PF...RCB1/RCB1r look at the rifts as an SDC setting section.

I'm more looking for skill rules like the ones presented in RCB1 for individuals rifted into Rifts, but in reverse. I am not concerned with MDC/SDC conversions, but thanks.

Rifts is the Cash cow.(i.e.: there arn't any.) Use the other setting to rifts rules to make up the rules for the inverse. Then after completed, submit them to the Rifter to share them with everyone else.
