Belief-generated magical artifacts and locations

I wonder how many items in Nightbane should be considered to be magical under the results of heavy belief-driven factors as mentioned in the Nightbane books. They make reference to the busts of Stalin and the possible magical potential of them due to the influence of his cult of personality, and the idea that Mount Rushmore might have things like ghostly battles of Indians and settlers or soldiers playing out around it but so many other things in the world seem to have that potential. What do you think of these possibilities and what can you add particular on what they might provide magic about?
The US Constitution: Along with the Declaration of Independence these documents have been subjected to centuries of almost religious devotion and belief in them, enough that by this point they could have become magical artifacts. What magic might they hold?
The Liberty bell: Another item of American history that's had centuries of belief directed towards it, down to having replicas of it sold by the millions in that time to everyone to mark that belief in it. What powers might the bell provide to believers?
Plymouth Rock: Something else spoken of greatly over the years, might the location have become empowered to reflect something special as a result?
