Are there rules for humans having minor or major psionics in Nightbane?

None that I've seen, I'd asked that question earlier in regards to Fleshsculptors as it says they need to be at least minor psionics and yet I can find nothing in the books that allows for anyone but a dedicated psionic to have psionics. Apparently you need to adapt the rules for such from one of the other settings.

I would say use the chance for psychics from one of the other games or make your own table to determine random psionics.

Check with your GM first though! Some frown on it!

I'm setting up the game (read: I am the GM). Just checking to see if there is something canon on this before I house rule it.

There is nothing in canon that lets a NB char be a minor or major Psi as per like in rifts and PF.
