Hey, looking at the list Wampyr psionics on page 189 of Nightbane it says they get all the vampire psionics powers except Super-Hypnosis, plus one additional psionic power for every level after the first.
What level are these powers at? Vampire psionics are all at 4th level. Does a first level Wampyr have 4th level psionics as well? Does his second level power start at 4th level or 1rst? What rate would it increase when he levels to 3rd? Would it go up to 5th if it starts at 4th or "hang" until the Wampyr makes it to 5th?
I had a chart from Excel but it doesn't paste very well and just looks confusing.

Wouldn't their psionic powers gained at later levels be of lower power?
ie. Power gained at 2nd level one below the rest.
Power gained at 3rd level two below the starting ones and one below the one gained at second
etc.
ie. Power gained at 2nd level one below the rest.

I'd say since it already states they get all Vampire Psionics (except the one exception) then the 4th level cap for the powers themselves applies
I am very opinionated. Yes I rub people the wrong way but at the end of the day I just enjoy good hard discussion and will gladly walk away agreeing to not agree

I've always thought that new psionic powers for all classes come in at 1rst level, just like new skills. You are saying this is incorrect?
