Essentially there are so many gaming variables that any gaming content really simply comes down to a matter of personal preference.
* (1) GM Campaign Power Scale (Low, Medium, High) relating to balancing of GM and Player Experience (beginner, novice, intermediate/veteran, advanced/former intermediate or higher GMs, epic - virtually game breaking but possibly playable with GM approval in epic only campaign; truly game breaking elements are not typically playable).
* (2) GM Inherent Original Content (original Techno-Wizard Devices, etc).
* (3) GM Specific Campaign House Rules (eliminating "Shooting Wild penalties due to movement" since in theory it should apply to: all aerial combat; all autododging combatants = constant wild moving; essentially all non-stationary combat; and so forth). Simply eliminating or adjusting broken, incomplete, obscenely exploitable, or otherwise inappropriate game elements.
* (4) GM Preferences and Limitations of Book and Book Content Usage: For Campaign content and Player Character Creation limits.
* (5) GM Access to Books, Official Magazines, and possibly Forum/Fan Postings.
* (6) GM Familiarity with Book content particularly obscure or potentially game breaking elements (potential overkill aspects of Gene-Splicer Creations; any solid object bypassing abilities - Intangibility, certain Phase Powers or Temporal Wizardry spells, see through walls abilities; and so forth).
* (7) Rotating GMs within a specific group will each have different GM traits, preferences, and limitations - Which tend to change over time.
* (8) Common House Rules - Which tend to change over time.
* (9) Specific Printings or Versions of Books - Each may be different from separate printings or revisions (RUE, etc).
* (10) Rules Contradictions, Amendments, or Expansions Across Several Books (Magic Tattoos - Atlantis/Splynn/South America/etc; Gene-Splicers - Mindwerks/Underseas/etc; Ironwood spell effects - Book of Magic damage bonus/WB1 Vampire Kingdoms New Revised Edition reduced damage with a damage maximum; etc).
* (11) Rules Contradictions or Variations within the Same Book (older GMG printings, etc).
A few folks will even go so far as to convert the game system contents into a different game system engine that appeals to them (D20, Shadowrun, etc).
Ultimately just a reminder of the inherent difficulties of Gaming. Once folks can get past these then they can usually have a much better gaming experience.
Power Scale/Gaming Experience Side Note: Refer to Part One - Difficulty Ratings: http://palladium-megaverse.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=129640
Typically this is presumably obvious to all GMs and Players except perhaps beginners and novices. Since beginners and novices tend to focus on studying the appropriate RPG books to explore and review core gaming concepts then they are unlikely to be found exploring the forums.

If something makes the RPG experience better that's great. If not don't use it.
If not overly informative hopefully it was at least mildly amusing. Munchkin Clown Away! <fwoosh... honk, honk>
