Is looking to put together a proper Psychic equivlent to the techno wizard that all psi-capible races can be.

Is looking for references with in the PB game books to help with the project. I already have the following the reference list I know of.

Psi-Tech (psyscape)
Psi-Mechanic (BTS1, BTS2, NB:BTS)
(psi) Gizmoteer RCC (R SA2)
Psionic Crystal Constructs (PF1: IatEotW)
Chaos Earth: Britain in Chaos - - 16 (rifter 27)

This is so I can stay away from the styles they use and to avoid their problems.

Somehow I've not got Rifter 27, though I do have two copies of Rifter 28 (not sure how that happened). Can you give me a description of the British psychic(s)?

It's about the effects the coming of the rifts have on the british isles. And the conditions at times as the CE books. There a few classes, equipment (Armor & Weapons) and Psi Tech items.

Anybody want to voice anything about what it should be able to do?
