Ok yet another question from a newbie GM, is there a list of the languages of the Known World somewhere?
Thanks in advance!

Greetings and Salutations. Considering you're using Second Edition (because I don't know about 1st Edition), you can find a list of the major languages in the PF2 Main Book. I don't know the page number, but it's in the skill section, the Communications list in particular, under the "Language" skill. Off the top of my head ...
Elven/Dragonese (Universal), Dwarven (subterranean races, otherwise dead), Troll/Giant, Faerie Speak (no written language), Gobblely (sp?), Human: Northern, Eastern, Western, Southern (some of the southern jungle dialects don't have a written language), and Wolfen (there's a skill penalty for non-Wolfen). There might be some more that I forgot, or maybe I got a detail wrong or two.
There are probably some languags not on the list, but those are the main dialects. Anyways, I think that's all for now. I hope that helps. Thank you for your time and patience, please have a nice day. Farewell and safe journeys for now.
P.S. Oh! Let's not forget "Sign Language." It's not on the Language list, but it has "Language" right in the name! And it is in the Communications skill list.

If you're in a guild...definitely take sign language! It comes in very handy to be able to communicate one thing with others of the guild quietly or while talking. Kinda like in Children of Dune.
