They look great. One serious critique though. Why did he put breasts on the female dinos..?

Because, just like 'sound of lasers' or 'sounds of explosions in space' it's one of those things humans like, and it makes um look cool and denotes 'females' to us silly mammal types.

"REALISTICALLY" we know that Reptiles don't have breasts, but for cool factor or artistic license they're added in. :ok:

Because they're the only way you'd be able to tell the difference between females and males without a detailed physical examination? Or like many artists he likes breasts so puts them on females?

pretty much all the above. most reptilians don't have what we would recognize as primary sexual distinctions, and the secondary ones are subtle to the point that people can't easily tell. especially with the dinosaura, since we don't have soft tissue preservation that would preserve many of them.
plus many people find anthromorphic animals of any kind with 'realistic' sexual traits creepy. i mean, that would put humanoid cattle with breasts between their legs, humanoid canines would have 4 sets of breasts, etc.

so it is a common anthro trope to give the humanoid animals a more human body form when it comes to sexual traits. for most it actually drags them out of the uncanny valley, oddly enough, even though from a logical standpoint it doesn't make much sense.

I think breasts just look quite goofy and (probably) unintentionally comedic on other-wise realistically done reptiles dinos or birds, unless we are talking extremely humanoid ones (i.e. it's basically just a human that happens to have scales, or a human with an animal head put on it, like how Egyptian gods are drawn).

And really though I think it can work with certain art styles, and on really cartoonish characters it's pretty much the standard, it seems to me that part of what makes playing non-mammals interesting is that they have such inhuman traits, among them their sex traits and how they reproduce. It's one of those things that makes them seem less like humans in scaley suits.

Really doesn't matter. It is his art. If he wants to draw girl birds and dinos with boobies, let him.
