IIRC they would be relevant to the spell Consume Power & Knowledge as well as the merging power.

Take a look at the spells themselves. a several Necromatic spells give powers based on what kind of component you use.

Additionally, many spells require more PPE than a mortal necromancer would have, and so they would be very dependant on Ritual casting to work their magic. Rituals are deliberately left vauge by the rules, sinse every area is likely to develop their own rituals. Components and time needed would vary by the necromancers individual traidtion (Ritual necromancy in africa would look very different from russia, than from poland, and the resurgence of necromancers created by Nxla from the soul harvest would have their own brand of alien ritual to work their magic)
Remember back from the main book: Any spell can be cast as a ritual, but the mage has to learn them seperately. For many spells costing 250 PPE or more, it's very unlikely a necromancer would ever learn the invocational version of those spells, being essentially useless to them. They would rely entirely on rituals. In which case the list may be used, aside from consume power and knowlage/merging, as inspiration for what the necromancer would need. Prehaps to create a bone staff the Necromancer needs to burn the wings of a farie while eating the heart of a calf slaughtered in the light of a waning moon, in addition to whatever the spell normally needs.
