The tw vehicles in Arnzo are powered by a ppe generator with a 20 year life i am wondering if these have been broken down with the TW creation rules?
This system would prove invaluble to TW characters and i would like to know what goes in to them
so far i have been able to determin that they cost 2.5 mil to be installed into a vehicle.

Nope. Near as I can tell, exactly how PPE generators are made is a trade secret.

I think allowing a PC the ability to create the Techno-Wizard equivalent of a nuclear reactor is... Probably... A bad idea...
... Just sayin.

PPE generators.....there is only one type.
It is just what is called a TW PPE generator has one (or a few) trapped inside and have the PPE they generate syphoned off.

I do agree with this also.

There are examples given in Phase World for United World of Warlock spaceships, but those devices work by entraping greater demons or elementals and basically using them as living PPE batteries.
It's basically a techno-wizard version of the Farie-in-a-jar PPE batteries Splurgorth bio-wizards sell.
Likewise, the T.W. Iron Juggernaughts used by tolkeen were powered by trapped elemental essences, but in a much cruder fashion than the United Worlds of Warlock, also requiring a living human to be bound too to control the device, which clearly indicates that Earth Techno Wizardy is not up to par with United Worlds of Warlock techno Wizardy, which is really how it should be.
Sadly, no indication of how the Arzno generators work, but I have a sneaking suspicion they just use tiny faries or other physically-small-high-PPE creature as fuel source, as this seems to be the only way even by an extremely advanced soceity that's focused on techno wizardy for thousands of years.

Now we know what they are doing with those vampire heads that people bring in for bounties......

That really sounds like poor-man's Rune Weapon (items). Especially since we know that Bio-Wizardry is the purer form of Runesmithing.

Not really when you consider a major power block in the united worlds of warlock are the runesmith guilds. they have billions of them. If a runic power source is what they wanted they could have it.
Especially since we know that Bio-Wizardry is the purer form of Runesmithing.
No, the atlantis book says runesmithing may or may not be a related art to biowizardy. nothing says it's "purer" or even what that would mean.

actually, i don't think the UWW PPE generators are detailed. so we don't know what makes them tick.
they might be Elemental powered things like the TW Iron Horse train, or they could be something totally different.
same for Arzno.

DB 6, The Three Galaxies, page 9 under power systems. Granted it's in the space station creation rules but sinse they are stated to come in all kinds of sizes depending on power needs it could easially be applied to ships and any other major installation, and from the phase world book we can see that small vehicles like fighters just use nuclear power for most of it and mundane PPE batteries for the spell functions.

If they are a techno wizard of sufficient level and means i fail to see why it is a problem. I also didn't necessarily need to create it i need the costing. A basic mechanic can take a drive from one vehicle to the next. also this info that would be partially gained from telemechanics.

I seam to rember TW reactors beeing on the table for robot creation in source book 1. But no idea how they work.
I did make a TW reactor once for a TW that managed to start a factory, he whent about it in kinda odd way.
The reactor is filled with micro-orginisms that are high in PPE for their size. The device uses a sustain spell to feed them, then a drain life style spell to suck PPE out and reduce the population.
Other ways are to trap powerfull entietes and siphon power from them. A this is used in both the bots from rifts merc, and the iron jugernutsd in SOT. I usaly refer to it as trap possesion power. (or for ones like the bots from mercs that posses the user possesion power.)
Ley line/nexus power these devices get all their power from the nexus ley line and do not function off of it. This includes TW ley line tranportaion and power sources in cities such as lazlo and tolkeen.
There are also TW batiers and PPE-clips.
It may be possible to come up with new ideas from difrent points of view.
