All of these are also reprinted in the Book of Magic (which may also include Monster-Shaping tattoos, I don't recall).
However, those numbers are slightly misleading regarding the options given that animal and monster tattoos may be a number of different beings and that several weapon enhancements can be added to a single weapon tattoo.
