Ninjas and Superspies, page 123, in the description of the Kata of 5 Principles, is the only place I can find it mentioned in Ninjas and Superspies and Mystic China. Maybe it would help if you could tell us the "many references" you are referring to. I don't see it described in the glossary in N&SS though, and that's pretty much the go-to book for unusual Palladium combat terms.
I suspect it's another term for "Parry", as parrying, by its definition, is usable against multiple attackers.

I found it its just a term is all
as for an example I Know one at top of my head as Rifter 30 page paragraph 1 line 13.
AUTOMATIC: Moves that can be done without expending a melee
round attack. They are usually reflex moves made by characters
who can perform them without thinking. The Parry is the best example;
characters with this ability just automatically fend off any incoming
blows. Also includes Automatic Dodge and Automatic Body
thank you for the push in the right direction Glistam

I thought multiple parry allows you to parry more than the standard "3" attackers you

If you're looking to differentiate "Multiple Parry" from "Parry", then the "Multiple Dodge" entry under "Dodge" in the Ninjas and Superspies glossary (page 129) is a good place to look for a definition:
Ninjas & Superspies, page 129 wrote:Multiple Dodge is the ability to Dodge all incoming attacks, no matter where they're coming from. In other words, it's effective even against rear attacks.
Of note here is that, again using the Dodge entry as the template, the Multiple Dodge cannot be combined with the Automatic Dodge. So, if you wish to use "Multiple Parry" in the same manner as "Multiple Dodge," that means the character will use up a HTH attack to parry every attack past the normal maximum, or when parrying an attack they couldn't normally react to (rear attacks, invisibility, etcetera).

It comes from N&S where you could parry one attack per APM (costing that APM). Multiple parry lets you parry more then just one attacker per expended APM.
At least those are the concepts behind Multiple parry.
Since most N&S chars are really used in other setting these days the concept of MP is a bit foreign to the thought processes of most PB games, because parrying in most cases do not cost APM and the char can Parry as many times as there are attackers.

That must be from the original Ninjas & Superspies, because Ninjas & Superspies Revised only contains one reference to multiple parry, in the description of the Kata of Five Principles, where upon a second reading it seems like the "multiple parry" term is being used there interchangeably with the "Circular Parry" term.

Note: Circular Parry is a Multiple Parry. N&Sr page 132.
Yes, it does not use the MP term in it but if you read the text you see that a CP is a MP.
Where normal (auto) parry can only parry attacks with in the char's LoS, the MP can parry attacks from all directions.
-------------
Yes, when you have read things through you do find the writers using two terms interchangeably w/o specifically saying they are interchangeable.
-------------
Sidenote: I have not read the orginal N&S but the way things are written in N&Sr that give some light to some thing, and other things are from reading topics (on the former BBS) that were discussing this topic.
