:?: - Does anyone allow a simultaneous attack with ranged weapons? It doesn't seem well suited to be performed by say... 2 dudes at 50 feet apart with Wilks laser pistols.

Always done it, never had problems.
It never states that simo attacks are limited to melee, so I never saw reason to limit them.
I asked Kevin one time if you could simo in ranged combat, and he said, "sure, why not?"
Or something to that effect.

Yep. in your example though if gunfighter 1 rolls an initiative of 5 or higher than the other guy he'll be able to shoot and if he does enough damage in that one shot to take him out or knock him down the other attack doesn't take place

But I have a 15 segment attack scale that divides your attacks throughout. Simultaneous attacks can only take place on the same attack segment, or a later segment if an action is held. So a guy with 5 attacks would go on 3,6,9,12,15. The gunfighter with 3 attacks would go on 5,10,15. The guy with five attacks would be able to get one shot should he win initiative. If the guy with less attacks gets initiative then the attack is assumed to come from the "previous" melee
