I think leting them have Spoil Magic from Mystic Russia, and Magic limiteds from Nightbane:TTGD.

Speaking in the GM doing it for him-/her-self since, Spoiling: if african or russin yes; TtGD magic...not certain what you are meaning cause there are three different types of magic introduced with TtGD and there are spells for Fleashculpters, mirror mages and common magic detailed in TtGD.
