TDTMNT is a decent guide.. needs a few tweaks to update it but not many. Mainly their cannon stats are about an order of magnitude too weak in terms of damage. And the reload times should be adjusted to be based on actions instead of a fixed ROF.

Pages 61-69 of Transdimensional, plus the WP skills are listed on listed on 30. You can get individual WP for each variation of Black Powder as well as a 'general' skill for them.

There's even rules on overloading your rifle, which increases the risk of jamming.

Of course that doesn't matter if you have a certain ability
