Ok, just ran across something I am not familiar with, and it was in an old FAQ of all places. What is a dimensional realm and how do mages create them exactly? I'm looking for canon information.
Specifically I'm talking about number 14-17 on this old FAQ.

There is no strictly canon information for the creation of Dimensional Realms. It is a unique ability of the Spatial Mage, which was introduced in Rifter #3 and further detailed in Rifter #5.

AS EB notes it's a small pocket dimension a Spacial Mage can create, similar to how Astral Lords and Astral Mages can create pocket realms in the astral plane. The Spacial Mage just creates these realms in the spaces between dimensions rather than inside a particular dimension and has slightly different build restrictions since they have fewer requirements in comparison to the Astral Realms.

Ok thanks, if it's in Rifters, that's probably how I missed it. Thanks.

The D-Realm creation was modeled on the Astral Realm creation. So if you don't have the rifters in question you can just create one from the Between the Shadows Astral Ream creation tables.
