Hello.
What are your thoughts on using increased healing then healing touch to increase the effectiveness of healing touch?

The best way to increase the effectiveness of both Healing Touch and Increased Healing, along with most other Healing psionic powers, is to simply remove the silly meditation time. For dedicated Psi-Healers, give them level-based bonuses to their Healing Touch.

My idea was to use increased healing to, well, increase the rate of healing in the patient then use healing touch to Double the effects of healing touch. My second question can you use a protein healing salve to increase the base rate of healing by two times then double the rate of healing with increase healing.

I don't see the two working together. Increasing your base healing rate should have no effect on instant healing abilities.

What about a Psionic and a protein healing salve? both increase healing rates could they be used to effective triple or quadruple the healing rate in the patient?

Yeah, the Increased Healing as far as I'm aware applies only to the base natural healing. Pulling out the medication time and making them fast goes worlds to making both of these abilities usable.

Hmm...that is a cool idea. It would give a psi-healer or other psychic who specializes in healing an edge with applying there herb skills or medical skills.
