Not living on hawaii, I can't help you with your specific problem, but you should post this on the All Things Palladium forums and maybe the Classified forums. the Q&A is for Rules and Setting questions and the people who answer this particular forum are less likely to be able to help you (unless they happen to live in hawaii)

Is it possible a game store on Oahu might stock the books you're looking for? Shipping costs between the islands wold probably be cheaper then from the mainland.

On a side note... Rifts: Hawaii would rock! That should be the next world book!
