Special Cloth...?
Are there any special cloth or fabrics in any of the books which can be made into clothing that give the wearer any special benefits?

Unfortunatly, there isn't really any inheritly magical fur/cloth that can be made into useful clothing just by virtue of taking it and making a shirt out of it. You need a class able to specifically make items out of certain materials, and then it's only thier enchantments doing the work.

This is correct.
Except for the Millennium Tree leaf clothing...I think.

Whew! It's a good thing we're not relying on Palladium to come up with this stuff!
I have invented, for the purposes of my campaign, a rare silk worm known as the Psysilk Worm -- from which Psyslick Silk (TM) Suits can be custom-tailored and WTFROFLBBQPWNFACEROLLLMFAOLZERBEAMSPEWPEWPEWKITTYBEAMSMEWMEWMEW

like a peason can have a cape that prevent the wearer from give off a smell,or a TW,s suit that hides Bodie Heat.

Yes.
Sort of.
There is clothing that is MDC, you can wear under "normal" clothing, and it reduces your IR signature; it's an NG Stealth suit.
Since it's a suit, it must be made out of fabric. Ergo, yes. Sort of.
That said, there is a camouflage fabric that Naruni makes that is MDC and adds a bonus to your prowl skill.
You can make a ghillie suit that also offers a bonus to prowl.
