Steph's Strategic Simulation

I may have posted this already, but this is a map-making program based off of Civilization 3. You can make a terrain map of mountains, hills jungles, sea, rivers etc. It doesn't have a lot of buildings, but you can always photo-shop structures in, it just takes a while.
