Zentraedi OCC's, MOS, & Jobs

I am working on a Macross era convention game with a massive force of Zentraedi put against the players, using a Franlar Reentry Pod and a Cyclops Recon Pod. I was trying to create the OPFOR and I was having a few issues staffing the ships.

First, do the Zentraedi Warrior Elite ever use a Glaug or is that just Warlords & up? There is no MOS for them to be like a mechanized infantry leader or anything. I figure if you have 80 battlepods being piloted by mostly warrior infantry then your going to need some leadership but according to the OCC they don't pilot one.

Second, who do you think makes up the crew of the reentry pods? I am using the Auxiliary Specialist but I though maybe the pilot/commander might be a Warrior Elite with Aerospace MOS.

Suggestions, comments, ideas?

1. GM's call really if other Zentraedi classes have access to a given mecha. However, based on the OTHER SKILLS available to the Zent Classes, they can all (w/exception of the Overlord) take the necessary piloting, mecha combat, and Leadership skills to fill in/augment their MOS selection. It just isn't a standard feature of their training. Alternatively one can also allow (at the GM's call) other appropriate MOSes to be selected from other classes or create one.

2. Likely how it would work out, though with OTHER SKILLS selection, there is some flexibility in crew/force disposition.
