Welcome to the Forums Darwin :ok:

I've got a feeling that some modern day vehicles are detailed in Rifts: Mercenaries in the Golden Age Weaponsmith's catalogue - might possibly be a humvee there...

Kitsune's site also has some homebrewed Humvee action.

Rifter #8 had stats for them. Also, Heroes Unlimited Game Master's Guide had stats for a "High-Tech Armored Land Rover"

How do I convert that MDC humvee to SDC for ead Reign?

One MDC equals One Hundred SDC

1 MDC = 100 SDC in the Rifts setting for purposes of calculating damage, but in an SDC setting you usually convert on a 1-to-1 basis e.g.

A tank with 800 MDC in Rifts would have 800 SDC in Dead Reign.

there is no 'fixed' ratio for MDC to SDC.. at least outside of magic. 1 to 1 works for some things, not for others. its generally best to just GM rule the stuff and go with what feels right.
