rare/unlisted damage

Unread post by PSI-Lence »

i have never really had it come up yet, but what are some of the more obscure types of damage anyone has come across or had to house rule?

i'm thinking things like flesh eating bacteria (obviously would be SDC only and fatal if not treated but what actual 'damage' might it cause)
and one i always figured would be SDC but with possible MD applications would be liquid nitrogen , i would think holding someone down and pouring it on them would go straight to hit points but i would think if exposed to it enough even MDC armor (that was not environmental) would become brittle and take more damage (possibly even from sd kinetic attacks)

anyone have that come up? or other unexpected types of damage you needed to rule on?
i own but am less well versed in RUE, and my memory is ... lackluster at best keep that in mind if my posts contradict canon lol

Cryogenic damage is found in the HU:AU book. In the back in the equipment section in the Cryogenic weapons section.

Idiot damage is something you have to arbitrarily assign, and often.

any environmental damage like radiation, fire, cold etc, is damage per second.
And it may eat away at endurance, hp, or just sdc.
The entire experiment may ultimately not work. But as Tiger Woods tears into the springbok, his mouth crimson with blood, he looks to have all the makings of a natural-born killer.
