There isn't anything explicitly disallowing double punches, however, keep in mind that double attacking robs you of automatic parry until the start of your next attack. You dual strike someone when fighting 3 people, the other guys gang up and put you down.

Also, I believe in N&SS there is actually a Double Punch maneuver that only uses one attack and doesn't negate auto-parry, though you'd have to read the book to know all the details.

There are some double-punch techniques unique to N&SS if you want to do that, but paired WP doesn't allow it. The only beings who can do paired attacks without weapons are a couple unique monsters out there who are stated as having "WP paired" with their own claws or something.

You could always put on a pair of sap-gloves or brass-knuckles, so that you are now "armed", I guess.

Just get brass knuckles and the blunt W.P. Then you can use two punches with paired weapons.
