and will it include:

-VLadapar the Vampire Intelligence
-Emporer Zerstrun of the Gargoyle Empire
-the 1 Million Brodkil hiding in the Carapthians
-Woden the Hangman and his New Asgardians
-Baba Yaga and her Chicken Leg House
-the Larhold Barbarians
-a Mindwerks Update
-the Super Powered kingdom in France?
-a Blood Druid Update

I made a larger city for the blood druids in my current game. They're growing a World Tree to be corrupted with the help of a Baalrog King. It's pretty exciting...in that way were my players are like "how the crap do we not die to this?"

Yes, there is a book planned for this. This is oe of my projects and some of these will be in there. A few of these were mentioned in the Sovietski manuscript.

Pardon my ignorance, but I have heard you mention the Sovetski thing a few times, Is this an actual thing that one day in the future I will be holding in my hands? Whats the dealio?

it's been submitted to palladium, waiting on final editing and printing. galactus kid wrote it.
its a worldbook expanding on the concepts and setting introduced in Worldbook 17 Warlords of russia and worldbook 18 Mystic russia
specifically, it is providing more details on the "New Sovietski", one of the more powerful russian nations in rifts, and what they are up to.

Yes, exactly what glitterboy2098 said. The book was turned in on New Year's Eve and expands upon the limited source material on the Sovietski. New classes, weapons, vehicles, cyborg bodies, historical information, political and military structure. The book is a treasure trove of information and will hopefully be out soon.
