Question about NG 1 & NG 2

In NG1 on page 61 under Task Force X Military Assets it mentions something called a Harbinger-Class Mothership. It is not detailed in NG 1 or NG 2 so I was wondering what book has it detailed? Or has it even been detailed as yet?

Or the Minor Super Ability Evasion listed in the random tables in the back of PU2, but does not appear in any of my HU books.
I am and shall always be the GM who gives you what you want, only to make you wish you had wanted something else.

PU3 actually and I made it simply provide a +6 to Auto-Dodge.

It is reasonable to assume that Evasion was actually meant to be Defensive Will, since the latter power does not appear in the same table.

As to the Harbinger, maybe it will appear in a future Rifter article. :-?
