regular fishing skill is listed in the domestic skill list and it can be taken twice for professional level skill.
fishing advanced, which is commercial fishing with nets, crab traps, and the like, is located in the technical skills in rifts underseas.
question: would it be reasonable to take a second slot of fishing advance to get a professional level of the skill including the 10% bonus or could the skill fishing be considered a second slot for increasing skill level?

advanced fishing *is* the professional level, afaict. it is also the only level.
regular fishing is basically sport fishing. at the professional level of this skill, you're a professional sport fisher. you could start your own fishing show, or enter fishing competitions, or take people out on the ocean doing sport-fishing as a teacher or guide.

Yup advanced fishing is the professional level. So you are fully skilled in common comercial level fishing methods and gear as well as being a really darn good angler using normal sport tackle. You are the guy people would go to for chartering a fishing outing.

And Fishing: Advance gets you on 'Deadliest Catch' as a deckhand at first level, they let you handle the crane mid-level, and you're trusted to select where to drop the pots at upper levels.

IIRC, don't the technical skills that can be taken twice specify that in the skill description?
