cannot play malcontents faction with just wave 1 minis.

Hello Palladium Books and fans,

I heard a rumor that we will be unable to field a functional, legal army of malcontents with just wave 1 miniatures. Does anyone know if this is true?

Only if you are fielding standard units as they come in Wave One as far as I know.

Basically, you could field a unit of a Tomahawk, Pod, Glaug and Spartan. They just have to be the standard versions......

But that's my opinion on it not factual.

Is the spartan wave one?

Okay assuming the spartan/phalanx are actually wave one the following units are usable:

Core:
Air defense squadron
Heavy destroid squadron
Light raider squadron

Ground support cards:
Regult squad
Regult support
Assault destroid squad
Support destroid squad

Special card:
Glaug

And thats pretty much it. No air squadrons available.

Yes, the Spartan/Phalanx pack are in wave one.
