well it has some seams and its not perfect but its my first one and thought i would show it off

one zent recovery pod done a million more minis to go

Its always hard to tell from just a photo now mind you, but that looks very nice and cleanly done. However you might consider applying a dark liner to the miniature to make the segments standout more. Its like black lining on a cartoon.

Also, and this isn't a criticism in the least mind you, of all the miniatures you received why in the name of Zentradi High Command did you put a recovery pod together first?!?!?!

for the liner the paints im using had three different levels so for the first try i went with the middle one will try the darker one on the next mini

and to be honest the recovery pod had the fewest number of pieces so it was my learning piece

will be doing battle pods next

Battlepods are pretty easy, just make sure when your putting them together you clean the seam at the top of the pod where the front and back join. Otherwise you will end up with a gap or a really rough spot. You can use a nail Emory board to sand it down. Those things work wonders!

Painting is very straight forward after that. I should have some pictures of my progress soon on my Blog.
