So I checked out the store... https://palladium-store.com/1001/catego ... noids.html
Looks like the Invasion Trilogy is being sold (compilation w/ updates rather than original 3 books, presumably no longer in print)
and Space still on pre-order...
Came across mention of this though: http://www.comicvine.com/mechanoids/4050-50874/
Wikipedia says Caliber went out of business in 2000, so I'm guessing there probably are not new prints of this trilogy...
Not sure if it is totally gone because the site is still up, but the only mention I can find of Mechanoids via GoogleSearch is at http://www.calibercomics.info/history-of-caliber.html where it is mentioned in Spring 1991 (seems to conflict with ComicVine saying it came out in 1990...)
Is there any chance that Palladium might gain the rights to the Mechanoid comic trilogy and sell it? Perhaps compile all 3 issues into a single volume? Comic Trilogy and Invasion Trilogy seem like they would make good buddies.

Re: Caliber comic trilogy
Yes even if the company is out of business, the former owner may still have the publication rights, the question is if whatever they would charge for them would be an amount Palladium's willing to pay, or if they could form some kind of profit-splitting agreement for PDF sales.
