Requesting help with a character concept/build.

so while bored the other day I rolled up a character just to pass the time. these are the results that I got.
IQ 10
ME 08
MA 13
PS 15
PP 28 (yes it was a legit roll)
PE 13
PB 09
Spd 13
For the type of animal I rolled a Hawk. For the background I rolled Raised on the Frontier.
I built the hawk with the following abilities:
Extra limbs
Full speech
Full biped
No human looks
2d6 talons on feet
Extraordinary PP
Brute PS
Raptor flight
Advanced vision
Advanced hearing
And the vestigial disadvantages of
Reptile brain: predator
Dietary restriction: carnivore
Because of some house ruling done with the strength powers, his remaining bioe allowed him to grow to size level 6. This puts him at 4 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 76lbs.
That is far as I have gotten in the design. Without having a clear idea of the concept, I'm not sure how to go about choosing skills. So far the only thought I had is to make a Native American style wilderness guide/escort. Sort of the "I will take you from point a to point b, to make sure that you don't cause any trouble, that you reach your destination alive, and that you don't end up going somewhere you're not supposed to."
I came up with that idea because the other player rolled the guerilla fighter background. my thought is that the front lines and the frontier are so far apart that the guerrilla fighter is somewhere he's not supposed to be. I suppose my character could have been on the front, but we don't normally play in the cardania / EOH conflict.
I appreciate your thoughts, ideas and help with a concept for this character. I can stay with the wilderness guide or go a completely different route. It just needs to make sense with the raised on the frontier background. hopefully what you come up with I'll be able to figure out the appropriate skill choices for. although you can feel free to select them and submit them with your concept.
If you think I should stay with the wilderness scout, feel free to suggest your choices for skills.
Thanks, Nate
PS I also have to name this character.
