So I guess accuracy isn't a priority any more?

I'd like to see the final model before I say they got it right or wrong.

Though, the perspective in the image posted might not be the best for showing off the proportions of the Lancer.

also, you might want to check the proportions in the stats..
it would not be the first time that artwork and listed dimensions don't match up right..

Also the renders of the Ghost has now changed from the earlier one now the wings are attached to the now rounded instead of square airintake and the body is generally wonky and the wrong shape.

Some parts might be due to the size of the pieces. We've had complaints of bits breaking, I imagine a properly proportional antenna connector would be a very thin/small piece indeed.

Details like the tapered barrels I'm a bit confused by, and the body itself seems way too big/boxy compared to the slender profile found in the original animation and RPG art.

I did a little paint playwork to compare the units....

It might be simple persepctive because it dies fit the art although the angle does look funky

Differing views might also be one of the reasons the more recent Ghost looks different to the side view. Here are some alternate perspectives and the proportions of the Ghost seem to change radically with point of view.

Different perspectives doesn't change the shape of the airintake or the placement of the top wings or the fact that the bottom fin is omitted from the model...

In the image I posted of official lineart for the Macros version of the ghost the side intakes have at least two different shapes, and those differing intakes were likely the product of the same artist.

I'd also say the second of the two Ghost renders you posted shows improved accuracy of the side intakes as compared to the first, so an improvement in that aspect.

Not saying it's ideal yet, but it also is a work in progress.
