Ticket Turnaround time?

Whats the usual turnaround time to get an acknowledgement that a submitted ticket has been received and is being reviewed?

It's been a week yet and I haven't heard anything, should I resubmit?

Do I post on the forums with the issue?

Whats the best way to actually get a response from Palladium?

I would recommend that, if it's been more than a week, you contact Palladium through the information in my signature or posted on the webpage.

Palladium staff don't actively monitor the forums so posting your issue here won't necessarily speed resolution of your issue.
