Just checking. Does Chameleon Skin work properly if you also have Resistance to Lasers? I think it does because in the description for Resistance to Lasers it says: "-20% to Prowl, Camouflage and hide". The way I read this is that they are skills, not a biological ability/enhancement. Am I wrong?

yes it does. There is nothing mechanically in the text which says otherwise.

GK is right
If you dont have Chameleon skin then the penalty applies, but Chameleon skin would adjust to the resistance to lasers
Chameleon skin is a biological enhancement not a skill

I've wondered about that too, especially with the Resistance to Lasers being a prerequisite for the Photon Canon weapon... and the penalties that also creates (kind of hard to be a long range sniper if you are reflecting your position to anyone with the visual acuity to spot you at such extreme range).
