City Builder

Howdy, folks.
I have a lot of books but my age is starting to catch up with me. Can someone point out which book has a city builder? I'm running a PFRPG campaign and need a quick-roll city generator (it was similar to the Mercenary Company Builder in Rifts: Mercenaries)

Rifter #1, and I believe it was reprinted in the Rifts: Adventure Guide.

Rather than starting a new thread, what would you charge a small ship (crew of less than 30) to dock per day? Per month? For a winter?

I believe the Eastern Territories book has a random generator for Eastern towns/cities as well.

Greetings and Salutations. Western Empire has a City Generator (for the Western Empire, but mentioning to adjust the numbers for other regions with a general suggestion for such). Not sure about the fees for docks, as coming up with prices is one of my weak points. Hope that helps some. Farewell and safe journeys.
