Golem or 'frankenstein' type of powers?

Unread post by ghost2020 »

Is there a power(s) or class that i have missed that would be good for making an animated corpse/golem or Frankenstein's Monster type of creature turned 'hero'?

There is the Golem article in one of the rifters.

Massive Damage Capacity, PU3 page 75 and Zombie Flesh PU 3 page 104.

Earth Possession provides a Golem like automaton that you can use as power armor if you dig that (the character can do both, but not at the same time). PU3 Page 57.

Eugenics hero.
One of the background options is "reanimated corpse" or some such.
Add in some nice monstrous appearance features (neck bolts optional) and your ready to go.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

Have fun. Also, earth possession is a blast! It's a touch powerful compared to most other majors, which has caused some complaints, but my player had a great deal of fun using it and as the GM I couldn't stop laughing at some of the stuff she got up to.
